Liability And Insurance

LG Maintenance carry a full liability insurance which covers against accidents or damage caused to your home, possessions or individuals as a direct result of actions carried out by our employees whilst working for you.

Our liability protection is registered with Direct Line insurance and covers costs of up to £2Million.

If in the unlikely event a client wishes to claim against damage to their property or goods which they believe has been caused as a direct result of work carried out by LGMaintenance, they should file a report to info@lewisgraymaintenance.com

LGMaintenance will then pass your report on to the Direct Line claims team who will then contact you to discuss your claim.

Whilst we are happy to discuss any complaints or concerns you may have with a view to resolving them, we do not enter into discussions regarding claims, expenses or compensation either directly or through the telephone.

Direct Line insurance provide LGMaintenance with full legal support and are therefore able to manage any claims on our behalf.

For client convenience, LGMaintenance with will photograph on site any potential issues or exsisitng damage when we arrive at a property or business.
