LG Maintenance source materials from a wide range of suppliers and can provide price comparison upon items if required.

We act within your best interest to acquire the best prices possible.

As an organization we do not profit from material and supply purchases and will only ever charge our clients the price which we pay.

All items supplied via LGMaintenance become to property and responsibility of the client once full payment has been made upon either an item or the completed work.

In some cases, large or bulky items may require delivery through sources other than LGMaintenance.

Any delivery charges will be passed onto the client and detailed in their invoice.

Disposal of old discarded items or materials which have been removed from the client or businesses premises, may require licensed disposal or large rubbish disposal such as a skip.

This may also be subject to additional fees which the client or business will be notified of prior to any arrangements being made.
